My shower hose connection has popped out of the diverter value

You can see it here: Imgur

I've found the manual for it, here: Imgur

But I have no idea how to remove the handle and faceplate so I can tighten the screw into the notch on the shower hose end connection.

    Any ideas?

If it were me, i’d Be looking under the white disc on the handle, see if it pops out or unscrews to reveal another screw which when unscrewed will allow you to remove the handle.
Then it looks as if the valve cover is just a push fit, maybe try to prise it out using the small notches either side?
Difficult to say for sure but I’d definitely look at that first
