021.jpgCan anyone identify this basin monobloc tap? On the gold removable cap there is a logo that looks like a 3 pronged trident. I have just had a new combi boiler and the hot water pressure was so much more than before that it has blown the hot ring in the cartridge. I need to identify the tap in order to purchase the correct cartridge. Many thanks in advance.

Any idea how old it is? I would guess its a Triton from the symbol but have checked their website and can't find that tap, it may be worth giving them a call.

gawd almighty! definately over designed that is....bloody awful.

surely you mean the scrappers? hideous thing that tap

You don't beat about the bush do you kay-jay? Considering I am a pensioner on benefits and the boiler was supplied and installed under the government Warm Front scheme (thanks Dave) a replacement cartridge would be much more preferable to a new monobloc. I have to accept I cannot identify this tap so will have to get a new one.

take it down to a proper plumbers merchant.

Thanks for the suggestion redshaw but I did exactly that. The longest established in this area with owners who were about before Adam but no joy. Looks like a new monobloc.

i bet you could get a new mono tap for roughly same as what the manufacturer would ask for a replacement cartridge anyway. just make sure that whatever you buy is suitable for your supply ie high or low pressure.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
