Have a couple of aluminium rads, same as in photo, that need hanging. Cannot find anything in manufacturers blurb, nor in blurb of other manufacturers of similar as to how the fixing brackets should be spaced.
I have one of 10 sections and one of 15 sections. The 10 section one has 2 brackets and the 15 section has 3. Was going to put brackets one section in from the end on both, and one as near as possible the centre on the 15 section. Any advantage in say going 2 in from edge on both or even more.
Thanks

I suppose you could the further apart the brackets are, the more stable the rad would be, but it really wouldn't matter on such a small difference.
I would also consider if the brackets are hidden as best as possible.

When on the brackets hangs 30mm from the wall. Brackets are white so not going to be too obvious. Will follow the consensus and go for 2 sections in, as mentioned 1 section or 2 is hardly crucial.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
