One of the bathrooms on a new build I'm on, has been specified for a Grohe "f" series recessed shower head. It is 1000mm wide, with lights, speakers, etc.
the kit comes with the head, the recessed box for first fix, the lights, speakers, touch screen wiring box and connecting wires.

This is just for the head and other stuff to connect
it does not include the mixer , diverter, body jets, shower cubicle, tray etc.

i bet nobody comes near to the retail cost. In fact I bet nobody is near to the retail- 30% cost!
Ps the head is bigger than this stock photo.

start guessing. I will tell you all later.:30:

However I saw something completely new to me today - white 110mm soil pipe and fittings. Never seen them before, didn't even know it existed!

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
