Registering a boiler I've just fitted on the Gas safe website and as I nearly always usually fit Worcesters have never seen the 'warranty registration' option, now that im registering a Baxi Duo-tec...
The home owner is elderly so i suggested I try and register their warranty for them over the phone, however over the phone Baxi wants to speak to the home owner.
Can I use this option on the gas safe website to register the warranty then?.. when I type in the serial number, it doesn't ask for my customers name or address, which I thought odd.. so Gas safe registers the warranty with Baxi for me?.. that part of hundreds of pounds I handed over earlier this year?
Anyone know how this works,
cheers

Get the baxi work mate app

Does the warrenty and gas safe in one

I rarely fit them tbh Shaun, so the App wouldn't see much use and i'd probably have to register a load stuff with them to get setup.. Also tried to do it online, but there isn't a security code at the end of the Boiler serial number, that the website register seems to demand..

The extra digits are on the label sheet that is in the MI pack.
The online system does ask for clients address

Join baxi works piece a Sod to use they will registerer the boilers warranty and with gas safe free as above you need extra digitits off the boiler serial number sticker , cheers kop

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
