Hi, I am an experienced plumber with lvl 2 qualification who is stuck in a dead end job for the last 6 years. It was basically a wage in a recession but have bI've looking to move jobs for a year now but only had one interview and he was offering a laughable amount of money. It's starting to get me down now and would like some advice on how to get on. I have done some work experience with a social housing provider as most of the I've done is commercial. Any replies with sound advice would be much appreciated. Thanks, Adam.
