HI All

Is there anyone out there who has had any success in getting hold of ERR to get onto a course after OLCI went bust. We have paid all the money for Level 2 and 3. Ive had my Level 2 portfolio verified and given them copies of everything but there is no one to talk to. They refuse to give me an extension to complete the course even though I have now lost 8 months since they took over. I am so worried that I will never get Level 3 done and all the monies have gone down the drain. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
