i have done a job with underfloor heating with condensing oil boiler and was wondering would a buffer tank make iy more efficant

A buffer tank is normaly best used when size of boiler out ways size of house
But yes a buffer tank can be used for your set up and very efficient but must be kept heated at all times or it uses a lot of energy to reheat from cold
