Hi all
Any assistance would be very welcome.

I have hot water but no heating. I have a BossTherm BRTRF wireless thermostat with a BR1 receiver in the airing cupboard. The green light is constantly on on the BR1. When I raise the thermostat you can here a 'click' in the airing cupboard but nothing happens. The orange/yellow light also comes on when I hear the 'click'. It seems to me that the connection is good but nothing is happening.
The boiler is a Worcester Greenstar Ri.

Any ideas or suggestions would be very welcome.
Thankyou

Thanks for replying

The sender (room stat) and receiver seem to be operating okay. The orange light coming on and off as expected shows that. You can hear the click of the relay. The relays in the BR1 had a bit of a reputation for failing in the past but the clicking sound makes that less likely to be the problem. Next stage of testing would require a multimeter and the skills required to use it without electrocuting yourself. I'd start by confirming the relay contacts were switching correctly and then trace the wiring from there.

Probably best to get a heating engineer or an electrician who is happy with boiler controls to help.
