edit, - I had another look and nearly reversed my answer!

The weight of the ping pong ball will tip it to the left because the weight of the steel ball is being held from above so having no impact on the weight on the right hand side.
Well that's what I reckon anyway.

Yes, - weirdly missed in second look what I saw when I give my first answer. Then I immediately had a third look and went back to my first answer!

G and 4 if the tap is running slowly, A and 1 if it is running fast. Slightly down on the left due to the weight of the thread and the ping-pong ball although the question setter probably intended these to be negligible, in which case no change.
