All branches closed , I hope nobody has put a deposit down centralheatking
Good another shoddy bathroom “designer” promising wonders and delivering much less
They tried to save it last year. Clearly it hasn’t worked.
Not sure on the dates, but Wolseley owned it at one point.
Money down the plughole
Yep, they sold out in about 2010. At least one further takeover since
Hurry, time is running out:
Bathstore Franchise for Sale | Retail Franchises Opportunities
Time to buy cheap bathroom suites, up to 80% discount online stock clearance.
Edit, forget the above 80% is just on old stock, nothing to do with reductions in administration.
I've just put a £1301.20 bath suite in the basket (that had the usual 20% discount on it) and they still want £1301.20
Is anyone going to be daft enough to pay money in advance to a company in administration and expect to receive goods,,,
Well Yes there's always one or two or more;
Bathrooms by the UK's largest specialist bathroom retailer | bathstore
Quoted from that website:
Bathstore is certainly the largest and leading bathroom specialist in the country.
My only bath store story :
I was fitting a bathroom for a customer who sourced all the gear themselves from bath store. 900 x900 quadrant shower plus WC and basin.
Except when we got the tray out of the garage it was 800x800 , bugger !
Phoned bath store branch expecting the usual nightmare trying to get anything done quickly. By total chance at that very moment they were being visited by the managing director himself who answered the phone, "no problem" he said , leave it with me.
He called me back within 10 minutes and had arranged a courier to pick up the correct tray from their warehouse and get it over to me, we had it by the afternoon.
Where there's a will there's a way.
At their cost? Probably why they went bump.
Why not if it was their cock up?
I meant as in they make a lot of mistakes.
