Hi , I looking for some tips on fitting this awkward bath waste.
The waste does not line up with the drainage waste, what would be the best way the fit this out.

Avoid flexi's if at all possible.

Maybe the photo is misleading me, but there looks to be enough depth between waste and floor to use a 40mm standard trap

Depth of trap is determined by where the waste pipe is going (ie. stack/hopper/gully) not by convenience to the plumber...
Hence the cut out in the floor I imagine.
