I saw 1 ad when it first changed and it wasn't that one I don't think. Saw a bit on panaroma or whatever it was on and was discusted to see how the government deal with it.

One guy it took 2 months to get the card or something, and then it was only lasting for 6 weeks, and he was worried about it taking another 2 months again.

Other bigger firms were turning away work because they couldn't do it due to only a small amount of their labour having the new card.

Mad it is, mad!
 
this is where we should renite and start a oline vote
posted in other places on the web/chat/ etc
for the amin this is no problem
all these rules for us, that we dont print
they print and do very little

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
