Alright everyone, I was just wondering what the 15 in 15/60 on boilers means?

Thanks

Sorry mate but could you explain how you came to get that result?

Thanks

You sure you don't mean a pump? They are usually labelled 15/50 or 15/60.

A boiler labelled would suggest 15kw/60,000BTU. But that can't be correct as 15kW is 51,180 BTU.

if its on a boiler its the range at which the output could be setie 15000 to 60000 btus
although on reflection thats quite a wide range you sure your not looking at the pump?

it means it was made over 400 hundred years ago.............................okay i think its the pump too
