What did you test? I know its not a gas appliance but it still burns solid fuel and produces CO2. Any insight would be good. Thanks.
The setting is your average social housing contract and the location is first floor flat.
To my amazement i find an Ideal w2000 open flue boiler.
Ventilation is OK. Flue visually ok, however downstairs ran through this flat and upstairs had all 3 flues running through upto roof space...

Hi all,
Need some advice
We have just had a new gas heating system installed in our Housing Association bungalow,
on the outside wall near the boiler is a copper vent pipe in 15 mm copper pipe and elbows,
We had the same setup at our previous house it is for (I think ) any overflow of liquid...
If boiler and hob are operating safely, within manufacturers specifications but the pipework is undersized and getting more than a 1mb drop between meter and boiler, is that AR or NCS?
