Hi,
I need to remove a radiator fed by 10mm plastic barrier pipe, in a pressurised central heating system. I can get under the floor to the pipes.
Is it OK to freeze the pipe so that it can be capped, so that I don’t have to drain down?
Thanks.

Thanks in advance!
Hi Plumber Folk
I've got an Ariston Micro Genus that's about 15 years old and has been faultless... until now!!

Hi
Our combi boiler has stopped working - I was expecting it to be a new fan required - as this happened 2 years ago due to water coming in through the flue during heavy rain.
One thing I don't understand is that when the boiler is turned on, the pump starts immediately despite the heating not...
Bit of an odd one this, and I'm completely mystified!
I have four circuits, one for each of the three floors heating, and one for the hot water. The ground floor heating circuit thermostat clicks on and off, and the 3-way valve opens up when it does, but the boiler won't light. Everything works...
