head

A head is the part of an organism which usually includes the ears, brain, forehead, cheeks, chin, eyes, nose, and mouth, each of which aid in various sensory functions such as sight, hearing, smell, and taste, respectively. Some very simple animals may not have a head, but many bilaterally symmetric forms do, regardless of size.
Heads develop in animals by an evolutionary trend known as cephalization. In bilaterally symmetrical animals, nervous tissues concentrate at the anterior region, forming structures responsible for information processing. Through biological evolution, sense organs and feeding structures also concentrate into the anterior region; these collectively form the head.

    Thermostatic Valve Head

    Following on from my previous I have now received my Bulldog Thermostatic Valve Head as pictured below and removed the previous ring however I am finding it hard to find the position for it to slot into place and turn the ring to fix into place - any advice for a extreme novice like me?

    Thermostatic Head Stuck

    Hi, I've got a Drayton Thermostatic Head that is totally stuck on 0, i.e. can't twist it round. I've taken it off the radiator and it still won't twist at all, it's almost like it's locked somehow. Is there an easy way to free it? Thanks in advance.

    Would anyone know how to remove the two kitchen tap heads so that I can change the washers? The taps are Grohe kitchen taps There is no screw under the tap covers There are no grub screws I cannot pull the heads off of the tap using reasonable force.
