collar
In clothing, a collar is the part of a shirt, dress, coat or blouse that fastens around or frames the neck. Among clothing construction professionals, a collar is differentiated from other necklines such as revers and lapels, by being made from a separate piece of fabric, rather than a folded or cut part of the same piece of fabric used for the main body of the garment.
A collar may be permanently attached to the main body of the garment (e.g. by stitching) or detachable.

Hi
Please can anyone advise me of how to stop my kitchen tap dripping? I've removed the top and the brass collar but can't seem to get the blue centre piece to move. Should it come out at all? Or should I just replace the tap?
(Photo attached that shows the brass collar still in place)...

Thanks all

Hi
I have removed a broken Salt-glazed bend at the base of the soil stack in my house.
I have cut away at the salt-glazed pipe that was coming off the bend to create a nice end to take a Fernco.
The only 1 thing that I'm slightly nervous about is the fact that this piece of Salt-glazed pipe...
