I have a 2 bed mid terrace
it has 6 rooms
1 bathroom
1 small shower room / utility room
2 beds
lounge
kitchen
I have 6 radiators plus 1 towel radiator
My house gets warm very easily
 
Copper cylinder??
 
it comes from my combi boiler

Combi boilers are rated on there hot water demand not the heating kw / capacity

28-32kw depending on your cold mains flow
 
Any pictures?
Have you had any quotes or just doing some research?
 
wanting to replace it but do not went to spend fortunes
