I had a Heatline Moza 28 boiler fitted around five years ago. It had some pressure issue from very first year. I used to top it up manually.

Then last year, it stopped working altogether and boiler engineer had to pump up its expansion vessel. my boiler worked fine for whole year.

Now it am facing very same issue with more extreme. I have to top up water manually twice a day and boiler keep loosing pressure every time.

My boiler engineer is busy, he can come to my house for next couple of month. I am willing to pump up air into expansion vessel myself but
I have looked but I could not find how to open the top lid of the boiler.

** I will appreciate if you can help me to open the top casing of the boiler.
** Can someone tell me why my expansion vessel keeps loosing pressure?

I have looked everywhere, I could NOT spot any water leakage anywhere in the house....

Your probs in the wrong port on the fga

Yes you need a gas engineer to remove the cover legally

Id bet the expansion vessel is too small for the system and you should have a bigger one installed separately on the heating system... not why the picture of the fga has anything to do with it

It was to show make and model and proof that this boiler was recently serviced and similar "disease" / symptoms.

Either way you can’t do anything

I have got altogether 6 radiators attached with this boiler. I think its expansion vessel should be designed with proportion to its size. And I think 6 radiators are NOT much of burden for this size of boiler.

I refurbished my property around 4/5 years ago and I full new system installed, including new pipes, radiators and combi boiler.

I have also got TF1 Omega Filter and Nest Thermostat installed with this boiler. I think if they should effect with its functionality.

** What you guy think is the main issue

** What is the solution for it?

Thanks for you expert opinions
