Hi there.

I got this shower from b and q and the shower head holder is slipping. My plumber put it in so I don't know how it fits together and I can't get it off ( I don't want to force it). I am guessing that the top or bottom bracket will come off. I asked at b and q but they couldn't help. It is 3 years old.

Can anybody tell me how to get it off to tighten the shower head holder?

My guess would be use a thin edge knife or similar to pop off the light grey rectangle on the bottom bracket. That will probably reveal a screw

any allen keys on the small flat ends?

We've just purchased a grohe vitalio joy 260 not realising the shower riser rail is not adjustable and it is too long/tall for our shower it hits the ceiling. Grohe say you cannot cut the rail/pipe and must purchase a smaller one off them.. has anyone cut one shorter before and been ok?

I have a dead 1990s Triton T70 shower and, for purposes of replacement, I'd like to know if it's mains or gravity fed. As it won't even switch on, I cannot get any water out of it so I can't just switch off water at mains and see if water still flows from the shower. I note that current Triton...
