    Celotex insulation

Looking online, Celotex FI5000 would be suitable but this starts at 75mm, too big for your needs. You wont go wrong with marmox.

    Domestic water softener

Get an Ion-exchange water softener, stay away from Kinetico as they are too expensive and not that reliable.

    Supplementary bonding new kitchen sink

Supplementary bonding in domestic situations is normally only required in bathrooms - and under the 17th Ed then only under certain circumstances. Check with a electrician if unsure.

    Celotex insulation

I would rip the lot out, then use 40mm marmox ufh, self level and tile to required height. this way would give you a level height finish to your adjoining room.

    Possible relocation to Worcester

Well with all the local infighting going on in the previous posts I would like to give you a more positive reason for a gas fitter moving to Worcester. Cheap delivery costs on decent boilers. Have a mate who lives in Redditch and is always snowed under with work. Hope that helps, good...

Can anyone reccomend a decent lead lock please

what do you think of this install

Climbing over that un-clipped condense line to reach boiler seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

They don't make them like this anymore!

Circulating pump still going from 1962 with no isolating valves. Isolation valves weren't invented till 1963. Lol That blue colour of the pump, reminds me of a old SMC manifold assembly from the 80s
