F and E tank always running

I’ve checked everywhere and can’t find a leak only place is a little bit of water from the safety valve next to the boiler but it’s done that for years, I’m sure the tank feeds the hot water, from what I remembered the f and e tanks sits a little lower but I might be wrong, I have had a problem...

    Grundfos ups3 pump, what speed.?

Have bled radiators and there was air in the 2 nearest the boiler, they are the 2 that make the gurgling noise when the pump makes that hissing noise.

    Grundfos ups3 pump, what speed.?

Hi, recently had a Grundfos ups3 Pump fitted and get a hissing noise out of it and then 2 of the closest radiators start to gargle, I’ve change the speed down to constant 2 as it was on constant 3. Would constant speed 1 be ok as its a bungalow with 8 radiators.? Thank you.

    Tap gland

I’ll try again another day, I didn’t know if it was something to do with what looks like maybe an adaptor to go from 3/4 to 1/2 as you can see another hex nut in the picture but I wouldn’t of thought that would be stopping it coming out.

    Tap gland

Hi, trying to change the tap glands on my bath taps and I’ve undone the gland easy enough but it won’t pull out of the tap I put it all back together as I didn’t want to force it, does the other hex part of the tap have to be unthreaded as it looks like an extra flange, thanks

    Small loft tank overflow dripping

Hi, that’s what I was thinking like condensation, that’ll probably explain why if put the lid on the tank and cover it up it will drip a tiny bit each day but if I leave the lid on loose and don’t cover it it’ll drip a tiny bit every couple of weeks.

    Small loft tank overflow dripping

Hi, no other pipes go to that overflow and what ever temperature the level is no where near the overflow.. Always seems to do it this time of year when the heaters are on, I know it sounds daft but when the water in that tank gets warm and it’s cool outside would that cause it to drip.?? Thanks

    Boiler/hot water tank

Hi, had water slowly dripping out of this top pipe which goes from boiler to hot water tank, (top one in the picture)does this union just need tightening or is it a bit more serious than that, just had the hot water tank heat up and this top pipe has stopped dripping probably due to it heating...
