CH not getting to temp like it used to.

I've put the thermostat in the coldest part of the house and tried to demand max room temp (30°) but still no change. And also removed the wireless room stat completely from the setup on the app. The boiler still states HIGH EFFICIENCY CENTERAL HEATING 45° CONTROLLED BY ROOM STAT. I do not have...

CH not getting to temp like it used to.

Thanks for the replies. I run the timer to come on for 3hrs in the morning and 6hours again at night at 22° with 16° being the ambient minimum set point. The Room stat is in the same room as the smart TRV(livingroom) and use that to boost the CH in the whole house when needed. If only one...

Hey all, After a search on the forum i couldnt find anything so though id ask you kind souls. After installing Drayton Wiser smart thermostat and TRVs to the Ideal Logic + 35, the CH temp doesnt get above 45degrees. The boiler itself has a temp dial which will go from 45-83degrees for...

    Replacement TRV2 to TRV 4

Recently purchased the Drayton Wiser smart Controller and TRVS and realise that the threads on my old TRV2 valve do not match the newer style given with the kit so i cannot fit the smart TRV's. Im going to replace the old TRV2 right angle valves but i notice they show only one way flow whereas...

water intermittent cold from mixer taps on combi boiler

So I've an ideal logic 35+ and it seems to only give hot water sometimes from my mixer taps in shower and kitchen. When using the bath tap it's always hot and never intermittent so I'm inclined to think it's a diverter. Had my service done last week and described the problem to the plumber and...

Ideal Logic 35+ Combi HW Flow Problem-Airlock?

Could it it be possible that the connectors are restricting flow due to they're close proximity to one another? As I said, all I have replaced is a 12" piece of copper 22mm with a straight connector and a tee piece. Still think it could be from the boiler side. Could there be a filter blockage...

Ideal Logic 35+ Combi HW Flow Problem-Airlock?

There was a bit of a air in the system that seemed to clear and the flow increase but it is merely a trickle. If off for a second or so the hot water comes out at what seems to be normal pressure/flow then reverts back to the trickle? Is it possible that there's a filter within the boiler...

Ideal Logic 35+ Combi HW Flow Problem-Airlock?

No change in cold water pressure. Stopcock fully open minus a 1/4 turn as always. Nothing has changed with the boiler just the pipework for the new shower has been altered. No error messages on boiler either.

Ideal Logic 35+ Combi HW Flow Problem-Airlock?

Hi Steve thanks for quick reply. There are no non return or service valves present, only the extra tee piece and straight connector differ from the original pipe work. It's almost as if the boiler isn't getting a demand for the flow of hot water. I'll pull one of the capped ends closer to the...

Ideal Logic 35+ Combi HW Flow Problem-Airlock?

Basically after fitting new pvc piping to old 22mm copper there seems to be little/no flow from the hot water tap after reconnection and it appears to be brownish water for first second or so? New to the forum so HELLO :) Detail: For plumbing new bathroom I needed an extra T for hot and cold...
