Hi All,

I've re-fitted the primary heat exchanger on a Baxi 105 HE and there is a leak from the return pipe connection. I've tried cleaning all mating surfaces and refitting using putty but to no affect. It's a push fitting of the copper pipe into the heat exchanger and is held in with a clamp, is there a better way of joining this to prevent a leak? It does not appear to have a gasket of any kind and feels loose and wobbles once pushed together.

Thanks
Rik
