Baxi 630 and Honeywell lyric t6r

Hiya folks ,
I' have recently fitted a Baxi 630 and tried using the opentherm connections to a lyric t6 ...
the boiler just wouldn't turn back on at all after a short while, even though the lyric was calling for heat ???
Spoke to Honeywell and they suggested it wa the Baxi , and spoke to Baxi and they said it's the lyric lol
The lyric is working now on the 240 v switch, however the customer wants opentherm....
What is the best user friendly wireless smart stat in your opinion cheers Andy
