Can anyone recommend a decent power flushing machine

chasing pipe into wall
When chasing copper pipe into a wall does it need to be in a sleeve or can it be directly cemented or plastered over? ie will there be any corrosion of the copper from the cement or plaster?

ratio of 0.009ppm on a new boiler
Hi Guys, just a quick one.... i was comissioning a new boiler the other day (ideal logic combi 30) i put my fga on it and ran at full rate and was getting a ratio of 0.009!! co2 reading was 9.32% and gas rate/working pressures were fine. Looked at mi's and they stated that 0.004 was the target...

Standing pressure what should it be?
Hi all, just wondering what the standing pressure at the gas meter should be. Academically says it should be 21mbar but when I am onsite it's varied, 24.5mbars, 25mbars. The engineer I am shadowing said that's fine. I do trust him but just want second opinion. Many thanks in advance. John

Whats the minimum distance that a gas pipe can be from electric mains cable?

Bleeding the radiator - hissing air, but no water?

Alpha boilers any good?
The local Alpha rep is trying to get me to switch to using there boilers, but i havent ever fitted one. I fit Baxi mainly with the odd worcester or Valliant. The rep is offering a 7 year warranty which is very appealing, but like i said havent fitted one so just asking for your opinions on them...
