Am fed up lately quoting jobs for bathroom rip-outs and upgrades, where my 'competitors' have neglected (ooops what an oversight or cost cutting trick) to advise / price in, vent fan or light fitting replacements to comply with latest zoning regs. So our quotes are always higher. Anyone else come up against this, or are we all doing it by the book??
