Discuss Is our Air admittance valve faulty? at UK Plumbers Forums; Hi all, my brothers durgo valve make a terrible noise when you flush downstairs loo. Also abit of a smell coming from the downstairs loo also....

    Hi all, my brothers durgo valve make a terrible noise when you flush downstairs loo. Also abit of a smell coming from the downstairs loo also.

    Welcome to the forum, depending on age it might need cleaning however easy enough and cheap enough to change.
