I have a Worcester greenstar 24i system boiler install. Since installation 5 years ago the gas hose from the gas valve to the fan has split and failed. I spoke to Worcester and they insist there is no manufacturing fault on this component. Their only idea was there was some other factor or external influence that is causing the part to fail early. They had no idea what it might be. Does anyone have any ideas?

You've been unlucky. You need a gsr to look at it fully.
