Had a WB Greenstar 30 Si fitted end of July with installers invoice stating a 10 year guarantee. Have received an email from WB acknowledging registration of the products guarantee but absolutely no details of time span or terms and conditions. Can't seem to get any sense from their website.Anyone know exactly what I should expect in the way of confirmation?

Phone them up and ask them

I have emailed them them on other occasions for various things and found them to offer bland replies. No point in phoning when you want something on paper.

There the only ones who are going to tell you what level of warranty you have while your on the phone get them to email you with the revertant paperwork

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
