The valves have a 3/4 BSP junction to radiator and are on 10mm microbore pipes. Anyone know where I can get replacements? The new rads will have 1/2", but I would like to replace the valves on the rads being kept if possible.

Just whip the union out should have an Allen key way inside

You can still get them from some merchants but it's easier as Shaun said to replace the lot.

If you don't have a key to fit, use the valve itself
