What would this odd 22mm-32mm adapter be known as?

I have a CH boiler installation with a nice simple vertical condensate drain, down and out through the wall to a pipe outside. All is as it should be but I'm fitting an upgraded external pipe setup to include insulation. The inner 22mm pipe mates with the 32mm pipe just inside the house. It does so with an adapter which I can't find anywhere and, in truth, I don't even know what to call. Searches based on anything logical just don't find it.

It is a 32mm elbow which is welded onto the outward going pipe but accepts the 22mm pipe into a very loose fit push socket on its upward turn. This is not a true pushfit 22mm socket which is pretty snug with the rubber seal fairly hidden. It's more like a 32mm socket carrying a wide soft rubber/plastic membrane with a circular hole in its centre into which the 22mm pipe simply slides. There is no true seal against pressure which isn't necessary in this application, only enough of a sleeving contact on behalf of the membrane onto the pipe to make it water and air tight.

I would like to keep with this setup if I can rather than going to traditional adapters as it means really easy maintenance. Can anyone tell me what this is called and where it could be sourced?

Thanks for the replies Shaun and PasserBy, I've got what I was searching for now thanks to you guys. I was imagining that elbow was a specific unit with the overflow end seal built in. Of course, it isn't, it's a simple flexible push fit reducer inside a standard 32mm elbow. Duurrrhh! I'm surprised to find that the usual outlets, (SF and TS), don't stock the reducer in a push fit variant. I really didn't want to weld this 'through the wall' section. It's much easier for maintenance to be able to dismantle it. Your help is appreciated and I've got things sorted now.

That one is actually a solvent weld reducer all round Shaun. By "for direct connection to 32mm solvent weld or push-fit sockets" they mean it will also slide into a 32mm push fit socket not that it is made of rubberised flexible push fit itself. I was looking for a "rubber" reducer which would accept the usual condensate pipe and slip into a simple solvent weld 32mm elbow and allow a breakdown of the joints in the future.

Aha! Now that looks more promising. It's not an elbow but I'm assuming it can be welded into one rather than over a pipe end. Either way I'm betting that should do the trick. Thanks Shaun, I missed that completely - as did the ToolStation guy when I asked him yesterday. I can go back with a smug look on my face now to get one. Cheers.
