Hi Just a couple of questions, house has Vokera 35HE Condensing System boiler. There is a manual timer switch on the boiler and a room thermostat in the hall.

So the Stat when you turn it up + 20 clicks and there is a 2 way motorised valve up with the HW tank that switches between Heathing + HW or HW only but the Boiler does not come on when you turn up the Thermostat is it just a switch ? for the valve ?

So can this be Replaced with a Hive or similar system as it a pain to keep going to the boiler to turn on the heating.

Thanks
G.
