Hi guys, any advice for my situation
Ov thermal store with ufch tappings but ufch manifold v close to store,
Problem is store temp at 72/73'c
Manifold has phial type trv and is shutting down v quickly due to flow temperatures

Clearly don't want 72 going through ufch (45ish ideally)
Got a 2port and 15/60 pulling from store
Secondary circ pump on manifold

Any ideas?
Cheers

The TRV is doing it's job.

It should only open and inject hot water from the store when the circulating temperature around the floor drops below set point (45 for yours)

What's the temperature on the pipework to the floor?

Hi nostrum what can I blend with??! It's obviously ch water I've no source of cooler water to blend it down with apart from return

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...
