Hello, not sure of this will make sense but I’ll try and make it simple! I’ve had an old Worcester Bosch combi that Worked beautiful for 25 years, sadly just replaced it with a Alpha E-tec plus33, my issue is the controller that’s now fitted and lack of control to what I had with the Worcester, as you’ll know the Worcester had a dial that I could flick 15 minute increments of boiler power on and off, this new boiler was fitted with a neomitis wireless controller that only allows me to have the heating on and off 3 times per day! This is not what I want as a creature of habit I liked to be able to have it come on and off whenever I wanted, I’ve no interest in the house being kept to a certain temperature via a thermostat…is there a swap controller that will allow me to turn the heat on and off as many times a day as I’d like, preferably using a phone app? Many thanks for listening and hope that did make sense

I dont know about Alpha but most boiler manufacturers have a plug in mechanical time clock as you describe
I’ll have a look at the control panel on the boiler itself but it’s all digital so don’t think so! I still fail to see the efficiency in having a house set at a temperature maintained all day long when I simply don’t need it. My old style boiler was perfect in its simplicity and being able to control something as easily was bliss. Now having the heating come on for hours on end is not only making the house unbearably hot I’ve no doubt it’s costing me a fortune

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
