Hello,

I am looking for a heating engineer to diagnose and resolve an issue with my Vaillant EcoTec 832 combi boiler.

Job Location: Copeland Rd, London.

Job Description:
  • Problem: The boiler is not providing heating under normal conditions, although hot water supply is fine. Interestingly, the heating functions correctly when in chimney sweep mode. Discussions on this forum (link to the thread: Why Does Vaillant EcoTec 832 Boiler Only Heat in Chimney Sweep Mode?) have led me to believe it could be a control issue or a problem with the diverter valve.
  • Task: Inspection and repair of the boiler to restore normal heating function.
Contract Details:
  • Hopefully this is a one-time job!
  • I will be responsible for the payment.
Timeframe:
  • Looking to have the boiler assessed as soon as possible. We only discovered this when going to put the heating on for the first time this winter.
  • Flexible with scheduling the repair based on the engineer's availability and the required repair time. This week any day/time is possible.
Thank you!
