Boiler not fireing up in morning.have changed pump and flow and return sensors on boiler , also bled system.error code 2 is showing, any help would be appreciated gaza

My oil fired boiler won’t fire up it is in lockout
After a power cut my oil feeder is showing out of fuel- it isn’t. And now my boiler is in lockout and won’t fire.
It was working fine before the power cut.
Checked & no air in the system
Plumber thinks I need a new feeder but I’m unsure...
Hi, I am currently having issues with an Ariston Combi A series boiler giving an E08 - "No water in primary circuit" error code, the circuit is holding water pressure fine, the pump runs and seems to have a bit of force behind it and I have replaced the pressure sensor but the problem persists...
