Hi I am new to this forum so I hope I'm doing it right. I have recently moved to another house which has three identical Pegler basin mixer taps however one appears not to be operating as per the other two. I think these taps are quite old and I have tried to provide a photo but so far no luck. Two are right next door to each other but the hot flow is poor from one. Whilst the other works fine, they both are piped up using braided hoses from an isolating ball valves, but the hot side comes from a gravity feed cylinder whereas the cold side on them all comes from the mains. The lever on the one with poor hot flow is slightly stiffer to lift. I can't Identify these valves and hope that I can get some quidance from someone here. Is there a unit inside that needs replacing or could it be furred up and need cleaning? All these taps have a pop up waste lever at the rear. Any advice welcome please. Regards Mogsey

Send a photo to Pegler and they will tell you what replacement cartridge you need,

Thanks for your help sent pict to Pegler they identified tap as one from their LUSSO range. And have a cartridge however I can't prise the satin top from the tap to access the screw underneath any advice please.

Can you press down and turn it anti clock wise or prise cover off with thin screw driver or blade.

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
