Parcel pick up Southampton

I have a parcel that needs picking up from Southampton. What company do you all reccomend and how do you sorest it out?

I use Parcel2go sometimes as they are cheap and convenient although if they loose something your basically stuffed. Items are insured but you have to jump through so many hoops you just give up and eat your 5hi7 sandwich.
I spent over two hours talking to an online cardboard box with a face on it and gave up in the end, I would have got more sense out of an actual cardboard box.
