Two (2) Osmagold equal tees type 15HC540 have recently failed in my year 2000 house, both in the mains pressure cold feed. Other equal tees are showing cracks in the metal reinforcing sleeves, but are not leaking. Is this a sign of imminent failure of these widely used push fit fittings? Advice appreciated.
