If you not happy with what Bosch are telling you, you must get some one in to check the pipework . Read what King Of Pipes has replied , You can either find someone on here, or ring Gas Safe and they will supply you with details of engineers near to you or look on Gas Safe web site.
 
Could be overnight condensation on the burner rings depending on ambient humidity.
