Hello everyone,
I have completed my nvq level 2 (6189/11) since October last year and have not received my certificate yet. Every time I phone the school, they tell me you will get your certificate next week and it's been going on like this since October. I have phoned access training for than 5 times, they said leave your details for someone to get back and again they never did. I did my course at The Plumbing Academy in Edenbridge, kent.
I don't know what to do. The course cost me £ 2300. All I want is my certificate. I spoke to a former employee of the plumbing academy and he thinks that the college has been sanctioned by city and guilds that's why they can't claim the certificate. I don't know what to do in this situation.

Can someone please help???

Hello all, I’m replacing a concrete paving slab patio in the back yard. The original patio used 50mm deep concrete slabs on hardcore & sand. I’m planning to pour a 100mm deep concrete patio on 100mm hardcore. In order to achieve the same final height to line up with the rest of the patio, I...
