Hi guys,
Got a customer with the above boiler that makes a loud noise on start up then stops. this happens intermittently, any come across this?
 
What sort of noise is it

Banging
Metal on metal
Clicking etc
 
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? They should know what it’s causing the noise.
 
Check the fan
