No anaconda

Ehup gents , I am not 100 % on this one
current job , meter inlet and outlet both in lead ,nicely done , no problems at all , no drop , secure bracket etc etc
if everythings ok do I need an anaconda ?

might be worth a phone call to the gas board as there suppose to/ changing all the meters from imperial to metric and they prob will change the gov and flex as well

Apparently the old imperial meters don't quite read properly and you get more gas for your money I wouldn't be rushing to change it xD

Other than a mention about the lead pipe there is no issue. Meters will all be changed in the coming years anyway.

There is no problem with lead on the inlet or outlet of meters as long as its in good nick .

No point in ringing nat grid or the local emergency/ network operator. They wont do it,its not their job,the meter isnt theirs.

If there is a non emergency issue with a meter it must be routed via the customers gas supplier only.

I had the same thing last week whilst changing a BBU for a combi, rang and said there was a slight leak, they were there within the hour changing it
