Hi can anyone recommend a new combi boiler please.
 
What has been recommended. You have posted another re a Rf stat - so you must have an idea.

What boilers were you quoted on and what is your budget
 
You havent responded to the other post in a few days - why start a new one.

I left a lengthy response - as did others.

Isnt this new thread a waste of time ???
 
you don't have to be like that,im only wanting some advice as this boiler install is doing my head in .Everybody is telling me different things.Dont worry I shall not be posting any thing else and cancel my account if this the respone you get.
 
Vissesman or baxi platinum the choice is yours really

about to pull trigger on a Baxi 33 duo tec this week over ideal vogue and Viessman 100 am I doing the right thing.
 
Yes bud no plastic components and a 10 year warranty proven reliability, I use a 7 day honeywell programmable room thermostat to control it , replace the rad valves a through clean chemical or jet flush is ok , have a mag filter and shock arrestor fitted to all the best k

Although a few years ago I did know of someone selling cheap plumbing fittings and equipment at a monthly market.
He worked for a plumbing supply company then - not anymore though.

No. That would be theft and I don't do that. I never took even a single fitting off the company van for PJs when I was employed on the tools. Maybe I should have been more obvious:

My opinion of Intergas is that of an EX-installer, service and breakdown engineer who very recently came off the tools.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
