Hi there

Our C/H and hot water has completely stopped working. British Gas came round last night and told me in no uncertain terms that the system is completely blocked and needs flushing. And to make matters worse, apparently the heat exchanger (which would need to be replaced) is no longer made, so a new boiler is needed.

So I'm after a second opinion, and assuming the above is correct, a quote for a new boiler installation and a powerflush. Ideally ASAP, given the weather.

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks
Stu
