Call to all gas engineers in Halifax, W.Yorkshire area.

I have been working on my ACS portfolio for some months now. I need help in documenting any services/maintenance. Ideally, I need someone who is performing CP12/Landlord checks so that I can cover the service aspects to appliances. I'll be a gofer for free if you can spare the time to let me help and snap a few photos.
Can anyone help?
