Hi folks ex paramedic retraining with "logic" as gas engineer! need some advice on the physical procedure of tightness testing a medium pressure rig, got the concept i feel but physically doing the job im unsure. I know their rare but its a requirement and a personal competencey thing, any advice would be helpful, gonna be tested Monday lol

Hes testing me lol! ECV is upstream of meter, no secondary ECV. shutoff ECV, test point out tweak to 7-10mb(upso open) 1 min wait, checks for letby of ECV?. open ECV up to 19mb( dont touch UPSO)if it goes above 23mb lockout on regulator restart test. Is that then testing installation tightness or medium regulator letby or both? ask my teacher is no response

Read the forum rules is my response.
