Hi Guys, Its been yonks since i was on here but i need some opinions.
Im looking at getting into the modern world a little bit more and want to know what software you guys use (if any) for doing landlord gas certs and boiler servicing etc, at the moment and for the last 8 years ive been using the handwritten pads but it just seems old fashioned plus i have to post the certs to landlords and estate agents which is even more time i dont have nowa days. if theres an app for it what is it. and also what do you use on site i.e tablet laptop phone etc. im like a dinosaur when it comes to technology of this sort :(
Cheers guys,

Gas checker or gas engineer software

Both cost around 70 a year but they do everything cert wise

And best is a tablet

I'm finding Gas Engineer Software awesome at the minute and you get a free 30 day trial.

I use Gas Engineer Software too (that's the brand name if you want to search)! It obviously keeps records and enables you to check invoices etc.. I'm very pleased wityh it and I think you would be too.
I would say that some senior people out there tend not to have Email so the Mk1 Pen still has to be used.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
